Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Opportunity:
Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapy
Job Details:
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers considered upon review
• Typical caseload of 10-15 patients for general floor assignments and 6-8 patients for ICU assignments
• Patient population consists mostly of geriatrics and adults, with some pediatric patients in the ED
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• RRT or CRT credentials accepted
• Required skills include vent management, CPAP, BiPAP, nebulizer treatments, arterial line placement, assisting providers with intubation, vent weaning, extubation, and ABGs
• EMR system: EPIC
• Medication dispensing via Pyxis
• Unit-specific equipment includes AVEA vents, Servo U vents, LPU 1200 vents, Parapack vents for MRI, and Hamilton vents for transport
• Float to all units within the hospital as needed
• Weekend rotation every other weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• Holiday assignments as needed
• RTO approved for up to 7 days off
• Block scheduling will not be accommodated
• Cannot work more than 60 hours per week or 5 consecutive 12-hour shifts per fatigue policy
• Overtime may be available depending on facility needs
• Scrub color: Any solid color, professional attire only - no graphics, logos, or designs

Facility:
This large 933-bed facility is a Level III Trauma Center and Level III NICU, holding Magnet Designation and Comprehensive Stroke Center status. The facility operates a robust respiratory therapy department with strong support staff including fellow respiratory therapists, floor RNs, and department leadership. Day shift staffing includes 13-15 respiratory therapists, ensuring a well-supported work environment across all units.
