WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Hartford, CT. Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures to patients as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests.
• Maintain detailed patient records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions and the use of respiratory care equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Willingness to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
