Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with GA RRT licensure and at least 2 years of recent specialty experience for a 12-hour day shift hospital position.

Details

• Respiratory Care/Diagnostic Services department
• 12-hour day shift schedule, varying between 7a-7:30p
• 3 shifts per week
• Occasional weekend work required
• Deferred schedule type

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within respiratory therapy specialty
• GA RRT license required if applicable
• NBRC-RRT certification required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Additional Information

• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
• Requested time off must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
