Travel Reservations Representative

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour

About the Position

Sparta Networking is hiring Travel Reservations Representatives for an on-site customer support team.

In this role, you'll speak with customers by phone and help them with travel arrangements, reservation questions, schedule changes, and account information. You'll guide customers through their available options and make sure information is entered correctly into the system.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Paid training is provided.

Available Schedules

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Saturday–Tuesday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Handle incoming customer calls
• Help customers make or update travel reservations
• Review available dates, times, and booking options
• Assist with changes to existing reservations
• Update customer and account information
• Document conversations and booking details accurately
• Explain available services and options
• Answer routine customer questions
• Escalate issues that require additional assistance
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction

• Are at least 18 years old

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, travel, retail, sales, call centers, front desk, or office support is helpful but not required.
