**Join Our Team of Exceptional RNs in Inpatient Rehabilitation!** - **Location:** 68 Sweeten Creek Rd, Asheville, NC 28803 - **Position Title:** BACKFILL - TRAVEL - RN - INPATIENT REHAB - **Schedule:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (3-12 hour shifts, mostly weekends) **Why Join Us?** - Be part of a premier 80-bed inpatient facility for acute rehabilitation! - Work in a dynamic environment with a passion for delivering exceptional, personalized care! - Collaborate with a team that supports each other and our patients! - Experience the breathtaking beauty of the mountains in Western North Carolina! **Patient Care Highlights:** - 65 patient beds with ratios of 5-6 patients per nurse. - Access to CNAs available on all shifts and 11 hours of unit secretary support. - Utilize advanced equipment including IV Pumps, Specialty Beds, Feeding Pumps, and Lifts. - Engage in two dialysis rooms, with specialized nurses from Mission performing procedures. **Documentation and Support:** - Work with Meditech documentation system to streamline patient records. - No floating across units — you will work in interconnected units, enhancing teamwork! **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. - BLS certification required. - Experience in Med Surge and Rehab is a plus! **Dress Code:** - Navy scrubs with white tops. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
