Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of current Rehab or Med-Surg RN experience
BLS certification required
Rehab patient population experience preferred
IV and blood draw skills preferred
Experience with wound care and patient transfers
EMR: Meditech
Must float between two rehabilitation campuses
