Job Overview

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role involves supporting patients recovering from neurological conditions, strokes, orthopedic procedures, traumatic injuries, and other complex medical conditions. The nurse will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support recovery, promote patient safety, and improve functional outcomes.

Important Notes

A minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation nursing experience is required.
Epic experience and previous travel nursing experience are required.
Candidates must hold an active California RN license and AHA BLS.
ACLS is listed as preferred in the certification section; confirm whether the facility requires it before submission.
Candidates must be flexible to float to other UCSF facilities.
Acute rehab, neuro/stroke experience, CRRN, and charge experience are preferred.
