Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Rehab Registered Nurse in Rio Rancho, NM. We are seeking motivated individuals with inpatient hospital and rehabilitation experience. This contract position offers a chance to make a significant impact on patients' recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and care.

Requirements:

• 1.5 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting is required.
• Current CPR certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred, especially for Charge Nurse roles.
• Must provide proof of licensure at the time of submission.
• Weekend work is required every other weekend.
• First-time travelers are accepted.

Special Requirements:

• These are inpatient hospitals, not nursing homes or LTACs. We are looking for go-getters who are motivated and genuinely care about patient outcomes.
• Patients typically stay for about 14 days, allowing for meaningful interactions and care.
• RTO (Request Time Off) is only approved at the time of submission and cannot be taken every holiday.
• Any call-outs must be given with ample notice, more than 24 hours prior.
