Opportunity:
Respiratory Therapist
Job Details:
• Work on the 2nd floor of the main hospital in the Respiratory Care unit
• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge and 1-2 RTs; night shift staffing includes 1 charge and 1-2 RTs
• Patient ratios vary depending on patient count
• Perform routine respiratory care procedures
• ICU and ED experience required
• Work every other weekend with no on-call responsibilities
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (PALS preferred)
• Equipment used includes Avea, V60, Airvo, and Radiometer ABL90
• EMR system: Meditech
• Dress code: Black scrubs

This facility is a full-service acute care hospital offering comprehensive medical services including respiratory care. The unit operates with dedicated charge staff and respiratory therapists across both day and night shifts, supporting patients in the ICU and emergency department settings. The facility is equipped with modern respiratory therapy equipment and utilizes an established electronic medical records system to support quality patient care.
