Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist- Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in respiratory status
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques
- Maintain and calibrate respiratory therapy equipment
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist- Valid Respiratory Care License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in a clinical respiratory setting
