The manager will strive to keep agency staff on a consistent shift for the contract duration. Special requirements include having NICU level III or IV experience. Candidates should be prepared for the varying needs of the unit. Additional skills required include support for high-risk deliveries and the management of various respiratory procedures. Experience with specific neonatal equipment may be preferred. Candidates must be prepared to commit to working during holidays as required. Failure to follow scheduling requirements may result in termination of the contract.
