Candidates must be Level IV NICU trained and capable of providing care in adult units as well. The therapist will be involved in high-acuity neonatal care, focusing on respiratory support for critically ill infants. Responsibilities include assisting in high-risk deliveries and performing complex respiratory procedures. Experience with various ventilators, including Servo U, Hamilton C-1, or NLTV, is essential. The therapist will manage patients with a range of conditions, including but not limited to heart, lung, and kidney issues. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with high-frequency oscillators and jet ventilators. A working knowledge of EPIC charting is preferred. Weekend availability is required based on unit needs. Candidates will float within the hospital as necessary.
