No on-call duties are required. Floating within the hospital is expected. Previous experience with high acuity patients is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable with various respiratory equipment. Skills in troubleshooting high-pressure alarms and weaning from mechanical ventilation are necessary. Candidates should have experience with neonatal transports and emergency interventions. Familiarity with charting using EPIC is preferred. References from prior supervisory roles are required. All candidates must disclose any background check issues upon submission.
