Strong communication and critical thinking skills are required. Description: The Respiratory Therapist will work in a multidisciplinary team environment. The role involves working in various clinical settings, including NICU and PICU. Candidates must possess skills in managing respiratory care for neonates and pediatric patients. Attending high-risk deliveries and performing neonatal transports is part of the responsibilities. The team will focus on providing optimal respiratory services and patient care. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for using advanced respiratory equipment and techniques. This position requires participation in a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Candidates should be adaptable and willing to float within their scope of practice as needed. Experience with special procedures and equipment is essential for this role.
