Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist specializing in travel assignments to provide respiratory care across Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital. This dynamic role involves working in various environments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality respiratory support.

Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist- Identify acute and chronic cardiopulmonary dysfunction
- Initiate and provide ventilatory support using approved protocols
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as ABG draws and sputum specimen collection
- Monitor respiratory conditions during patient transport
- Assist with conscious sedations, intubations, and bronchoscopies
- Administer therapeutic gases and advanced airway care
- Provide care for neonatal and pediatric populations
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and clinical documentation
- Precept, train, and orient other staff as required
Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Massachusetts state licensure in Respiratory Therapy
- Current BLS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Minimum one-year critical care experience preferred
