Must-Have: Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Description: This position involves working in the Respiratory Therapy Department. It includes multidisciplinary team collaboration for patient care. The role requires proficiency in adult critical care respiratory techniques. Responsibilities include settings for aerosol therapy, patient transport, and mechanical ventilation. Candidates should be familiar with various respiratory equipment and procedures. Weekend shifts are required, with every other weekend coverage. Candidates must work two out of three winter holidays. This position encourages proactive practices and working at the top of one’s license. Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center environment is preferred. Candidates will need to demonstrate experience with Epic charting systems.
