Comfortable with attending high-risk deliveries
Support experience in Level 3 NICU/PICU
Description:
Will work through multiple campuses, approximately 20-25 minutes driving distance.
Responsible for providing respiratory care across various treatment areas including ED, ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Tele.
Must be comfortable with high-risk deliveries and supporting NICU/PICU.
Experience in intubation of neonates, airway and ventilator management required.
Shall perform ABG puncture and analysis, non-invasive ventilation, and respond to Code Blue and rapid response situations.
Familiarity with inhaled medication administration to include nitric oxide is necessary.
Equipment used includes Servo U, Servo I, Trilogy, V60, EV300, Vapotherm HVT, Vapotherm Precision Flow, Airvo 2, Percussion Air IPV, ResMed Lumis TX, and NICU oscillator and Neopuff for deliveries.
Candidates will float to different campuses as needed.
Scheduling flexibility is required, working a 36/48 hour rotation.
Weekend rotation includes every other weekend.
Call shifts will be required, including transportation of patients, which may involve both adult and pediatric cases.
Additional call opportunities are available on a voluntary basis.
