License: Must have a valid state license. Certifications: BLS, NRP, RRT required. PALS preferred. Must-Have: Experience in high-risk deliveries and working in all units of a children's hospital. Description: Candidates must have level 4 NICU experience. Cardiac PICU experience is preferred. Working in a children's hospital environment is expected. The role requires strong communication and critical thinking skills. Candidates will be responsible for caring for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients. Travelers must adhere to self-scheduling and may not receive desired schedules but will be accommodated as much as possible. Availability during winter holidays is required. All required certifications must be up to date. Competency in the use of various respiratory equipment is essential. Experience with nebulizer therapies and critical care procedures is necessary. The candidate must be able to work within multidisciplinary teams. Floating within scope of practice as needed will be expected. Working with a diverse patient population, including those with congenital conditions, is required.
