The therapist will be responsible for caring for neonates in critical conditions. Experience in high-risk deliveries and advanced respiratory care techniques is required. Qualified candidates will assist in intubation and other specialized procedures. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of various respiratory systems and interventions. Expectations include working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Travelers may be required to float to sister facilities when necessary. Candidates should be prepared to work every other weekend. A commitment to working 3 out of 5 major holidays is required. Inflexibility beyond the contracted schedule may lead to termination of the contract. References covering one year of experience are necessary before starting.
