Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Profession: Respiratory Therapist Specialty: Cardio-Pulmonary Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 5 years current as RRT License: Massachusetts Registered Respiratory Therapist License in good standing Certifications: - Active RRT Certification through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) - Active American Heart Association BLS - Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Must-Have: - Ability to cross-train in the Cardio side of the department (e.g., EKG, Stress Tests, Holter Monitors, Event Monitors, EEGs) - Comfort working with patients of all ages - Own vehicle for the assignment - Permanent address included in profile - All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission Description: Perform various technical duties to administer complex cardio-pulmonary care treatments to patients according to physicians' verbal or written orders. Must work two blocks if scheduled/needed: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after, Christmas Eve through Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day.
