Patient ratios are typically 2 patients per therapist during days, nights, and weekends. The role involves working with patients experiencing acute on chronic respiratory failure. Special procedures include EEG, EKG, and bronchoscopy. Interdisciplinary support available, including physical therapy and pharmacy. Skills required include adult critical care, tracheostomy care, and mechanical ventilation management. Candidates must have experience with aerosol therapy and arterial blood gas interpretation. Travel experience is required. Compliance with onboarding policies is necessary. Documentation for work history for the last seven years is required. References must be provided. Only one holiday per contract can be requested.
