Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:30 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years, NICU/Pediatric RRT experience preferred License: MN RRT license required (acceptable pending upon start date) Certifications: NBRC RRT, NRP, PALS, ACLS Must-Have: Epic experience preferred, travelers must be 25+ miles away from the facility Description: Looking for a Respiratory Therapist to work nights. The schedule consists of 3 shifts of 12 hours each. Weekends are required every third weekend on a set six-week block schedule. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Proficiency in NICU/Pediatric RRT is preferred. Epic experience is a plus. All travelers must maintain compliance with the Minnesota RRT license requirement. Travelers must possess valid certifications in NRP, PALS, ACLS, and RRT. The position involves providing care for patients across multiple age groups, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Responsibilities include performing assessments, administering therapies, and managing ventilatory support. Candidates will work in a fast-paced environment and should be prepared for a variety of patient cases. Position requires the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care. Expected skills include expertise in critical care, aerosol therapy, intubation assistance, and ventilator management. Applicants should be available for holiday coverage as needed. All requests for time off must be disclosed and approved prior to submission. There are specific requirements for licensing and vaccination compliance that must be met. Candidates should be prepared to complete necessary documentation and health requirements prior to starting.
