Requirements:

• 2+ years of current, strong NICU experience.

• Associate degree from an accredited college.

• RRT credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

• Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner license in hand.

• Current American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.

• NRP certification.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medical gas therapy and monitor patient responses.

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and collaborate with advanced practitioners on respiratory care plans.
