Floating between campuses may be required. Patient ratio is not applicable. Equipment includes GE Ventilators. Previous travel experience is preferred. Candidates must complete fingerprinting as soon as they sign the contract. All candidates must provide 2 professional references. One reference must be from a manager or someone in a formal leadership capacity. No coworker references accepted. Candidates currently residing outside the state but within driving distance must travel to a fingerprinting location as soon as possible. Candidates living far from the state will receive a fingerprinting packet by mail to be completed urgently. Travelers who are unresponsive or uncooperative with credentialing risk potential push or cancellation of assignments. Former employees can apply for travel assignments after being away for 6 months or more. Current employees are ineligible to be hired in a traveler capacity. Candidates must have a valid state license in hand at the time of submission. Education must be from an accredited program. Experience in adult critical care and various respiratory therapies is essential. Knowledge of specific equipment and procedures is vital for success in this role.
