Reviews and maintains care plans. Performs evaluations on patients. Adjusts care as needed. Can provide a team approach in care delivery for distressed newborns and in C-section scenarios. Utilizes Epic computerized charting (EMR) for documentation. Responsible for scanning medication and supply utilization. Operates general respiratory care equipment for treatment modalities. Works with Servo ventilators, BIPAP (V-60, Vision), Airvo, MetNeb, and Neo-Tee. Expected to float to other units or departments as needed. Dress code is black scrubs. Required to complete department-specific training. Attendance and call requirements of every other weekend. Ability to work in an acute care setting is essential.
