Floating within the specialty as needed and to all care areas is required. No on-call duties are expected. The preferred candidate should have previous charge experience. Experience with the Epic charting system is required. Required skills include adult critical care, aerosol set up for mask and trach, and drawing arterial blood gases. Familiarity with various respiratory therapy procedures and equipment is essential. Candidates should be comfortable floating within the scope of practice with no restrictions.
