Key Responsibilities of the RRT NICU

• Deliver respiratory care including breathing treatments and ventilator assessments
• Manage patient ratios effectively in a critical care setting
• Collaborate with night shift clinical teams comprising one charge, 8-10 clinical RTs

Requirements of the RRT NICU

• Minimum 6 months current RRT experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NBRC credentials
• NRP certification
• Preferred experience in NICU/PEDS and Level 1 Trauma environments
