Patient ratios are 30. Unit staffing includes secretaries and tech availability. Type of equipment includes Draeger vents and Hamilton vents V60s, High Flow. EMR system is Allscripts Sunrise. Patient population includes adults and neonates. Procedures performed on the unit include nebulizers, vents, CPAP/BIPAP, and chest PT. Unit follows specific guidelines and policies, which are attached. Advanced skills and mechanical skills are preferred. Candidates with the requested skill set will be prioritized. Consideration will be given to candidates with outstanding departmental teamwork or experience with new equipment and technology.
