Experience or skills in ventilator management, BiPAP and CPAP operation, and assistive intubation techniques is necessary. Weekend and holiday work is required to cover staffing needs. There is no call or standby response requirement. Physical ability to move quickly and walk significant distances is essential. Teamwork and prioritization skills are critical for success in this role. Daily shift checks and documentation of procedures are the therapist's responsibility.
