Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist- Provide critical care and pediatric respiratory therapy services
- Perform assessments of patients' respiratory conditions
- Develop and implement patient care plans in coordination with healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatments provided
Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications upon hire
- NBRC-RRT certification
- 0-2 years clinical experience with a minimum of 6 months in critical care
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with healthcare teams
