Candidates must have a valid Texas License and the necessary certifications. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The position involves working night shifts, specifically three 12-hour shifts. Weekends will be required, every other as needed. Candidates should have appropriate skills in pediatric critical care, including extubation and intubation assistance. Familiarity with ventilators and other respiratory equipment is essential. This position does not require floating between units or on-call duties. We emphasize teamwork and interdisciplinary support in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills for respiratory equipment and knowledge of special procedures and equipment used in pediatric care. References will be required during the compliance process prior to the start of the assignment. The role is focused on providing care to neonates, infants, and adolescents in a critical care setting.
