Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $1,862 to $2,062 per week in St. Louis, MO

We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• 2 years of experience required
• RRT certification required
• Epic experience required

Assignment Details

• 12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Weekend requirement: every third weekend
• Expected to work in ICUs and floors within scope to meet facility needs
• Required experience with airway management devices and suctioning including endrotracheal tube/suctioning, extubation, nasal airway suctioning, oral airway placement, oropharyngeal/suctioning, sputum specimen collection, and tracheostomy/suctioning
• Required medication administration experience including Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Inhaled Flolan, Inhaled steroids, Lidocaine, Nitric Oxide (INo), Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, and Xopenex
