The therapist will perform pulmonary hygiene and collect sputum specimens. Additionally, they will interpret arterial blood gases and assist in high-risk deliveries. Knowledge and experience with various medications and aerosol setups are required. Familiarity with ventilators is a must, specifically Draeger V500, Draeger VN500, and Servo U models. Candidates must demonstrate comfort in drawing and analyzing ABGs. They are expected to float between adult and neonatal units. Experience in the emergency department is beneficial.
