Must be proficient with at least one of the following: Servo I, Jets, Oscillators. Must have 2 years of strong ICU experience; NICU experience is preferred. Must have clinical skills validation. BLS and RRT certifications are required. Description: This position requires the therapist to respond to Clinical Response Team calls. The therapist will be responsible for all arterial blood gases (ABGs). The therapist will collaborate with the lead on duty for each shift. The role involves providing high acuity respiratory care. Strong experience with time management and communication skills is essential. Therapists will work into holiday rotation and assigned specific areas each day, with no floating to outpatient areas. A cancellation policy is in effect for shifts during the assignment duration. Preferred certification includes ACLS. Cerner experience is needed for charting. Black scrubs are required for the position.
