We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. Marks National Wildlife Refuge is roughly 25 miles south and provides coastal scenery, birdwatching, and paddling opportunities, while Apalachicola National Forest lies nearby with hiking and freshwater springs.

We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Experience with invasive and non-invasive ventilatory equipment
• Experience performing 12-Lead EKG and basic arrhythmia recognition
• Experience with arterial puncture
• Experience with endotracheal tube insertion and removal

Assignment Details

• Weekend only schedule
• 2x12 schedule
