Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) PENSACOLA, FL. This position involves providing specialized respiratory therapy services at a neonatal/pediatric-focused healthcare facility. The role requires working with ventilated patients across various units, including a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and a Level 1 trauma center. The scheduled shift is nights, with a commitment of 36 hours per week every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 11.5 hours per shift, with a minimum of 34.5 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential, Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
  • Additional Information: Must have pediatric experience, as the facility is neonatal/pediatric-only, with ventilated patients on Acute Care and Medical-Surgical floors.
