- Required Qualifications: Certifications in respiratory therapy, valid license, and 0 years of experience minimum
- Responsibilities include providing routine and complex respiratory treatments such as operating ventilatory equipment, performing chest physiotherapy, suctioning, monitoring oxygenation, conducting pulmonary function tests, assisting with procedures such as bronchoscopy and chest tube placement, and performing arterial punctures.
- Performs advanced skills including tracheostomy care, insertion/removal of endotracheal tubes, and bedside assessments.
- Maintains accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses, communicates effectively with healthcare providers, and ensures equipment functionality and safety.
- Performs cardiopulmonary resuscitation following BLS and ACLS guidelines.
- May assist with laboratory-related respiratory tasks, including specimen handling and quality control.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
