Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care for pediatric and neonatal patients in ICU settings.
• Adapt to floating between North and South Campus as needed to meet facility demands.
• Administer appropriate respiratory therapies and interventions under the direction of medical staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards in all practices.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary required.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years RRT experience with strong Pediatric ICU background.
• Prior travel assignment experience necessary.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP required.
• Experience in both Pediatric and Neonatal Level 1 Trauma environments preferred.
