Job Details:
- Location: Wausau, WI
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours (1830-0700), minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active Wisconsin license; Associates Degree; 3+ years of experience including pediatric and NICU expertise; NBRC RRT (must obtain RRT within one year) or NBRC CRT; BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications; previous travel experience; Charting and equipment proficiency with V60 BIPAP, Hamilton G5 and C1, ISTAT, documentation in EPIC.

- Float: Respiratory Therapy supports all patient care areas of the hospital, including Emergency Department and general care units. May support other Central Aspire locations with advance notice.
- Additional Information: The role involves providing emergency services for Rapid Response and CodeBlue, performing basic respiratory care, critical care, ventilator management, and patient assessment across all age groups. Dress code requires closed-toed shoes and scrubs in any color; no smoking or scent on uniforms; piercings per dress code policy. GSA hours are not guaranteed during orientation; travelers are guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays when units may be closed. Traveler may be on call for unbillable low census hours, and callback pay applies if called back to the facility. During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times, with no exceptions.
