Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position is located in an acute care hospital setting. The role involves providing specialized respiratory care to pediatric and adult patients, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality patient outcomes. The position requires adherence to clinical standards and involves rotating through various departments as needed.

Job Details:

• Schedule: The shift is scheduled for 12 hours per day, beginning on 10/19/2026 and ending on 02/08/2027, with a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license in respiratory therapy (compact license accepted), at least 0 years of experience, certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CRT.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in pediatric respiratory therapy, experience with pediatric patient populations, and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems such as Epic.
• Float: Float rotation may be required between sister facilities or departments.
• Additional Information: The role involves providing respiratory care to adolescents and adults, including aerosol setups, airway management, ventilator management, ABG drawing, and emergency respiratory procedures. Candidates must be flexible to work weekend coverage and be available for the specified start and end dates.
