Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); preferred certifications include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Education requirements include a valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) credential and relevant training in pediatric respiratory care. This position requires 0 years of experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of related clinical experience preferred.
- Additional Information: The role involves working every other weekend and participating in call rotations (approximately one call shift per month), with work schedules determined based on department operational needs. Candidates must have experience in acute, critical care pediatrics, NICU, and PICU settings, with some familiarity in adult critical care. Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented personality are essential. Scrub attire is provided or can be flexible, and the dress code is uniform.
