Job Details
- Location: Chewelah, WA
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
- Schedule: Minimum of 36 hours per week, including every other weekend shifts
- Start Date: 09/08/2026
- Certifications: Valid Washington or Compact Respiratory Therapist (RT) license required at time of submission; BLS certification required
- Education & Experience: Minimum of 0 years of experience required; 1 year preferred, with at least 5 years of patient ratio experience; charting system experience required; previous charge experience preferred
- Equipment & Skills: Proficiency in adult critical care, emergency department procedures, extubation, intubation assist, nasal airway and suctioning, oral airway placement, tracheostomy care and management, use of high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP, CPAP, troubleshooting high pressure alarms, weaning from mechanical ventilation
- Patient Population: Neonates and adults, with daily census of approximately 10 patients across 13 rooms
- Additional Requirements: Float rotation possibly to sister facilities within a 50-mile radius; references covering 1 year (or 6 months for CNAs) required; must respond to specific screening questions upon submission
- Special Considerations: RT may be asked to work at nearby facilities; no call-in allowed unless pre-approved; candidates should not reach out directly to facility contacts unless for scheduled interviews.
