Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position is located within a busy healthcare organization. The role involves providing respiratory therapy services to pediatric, neonatal, and adult patient populations across a hospital-wide setting, including ICU, Emergency Room, medical-surgical units, and NICU. This position is scheduled for day shifts and requires operational excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Hospital-wide; ICU, ER, MED-surg, NICU, etc.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), valid New Hampshire Respiratory License, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with mechanical skills and experience with procedures such as nebulizers, vents, CPAP/BIPAP, and chest physiotherapy will be considered first.

- Number of beds: 330
- Patient ratios: 30
- Equipment: Draeger vents, Hamilton vents V60s, high flow devices
- Documentation system: Allscripts Sunrise
- Patient population: Adult, neonatal, pediatric
- Staffing includes unit secretaries and technicians
- Procedures Performed: Nebulizers, ventilator management, CPAP/BIPAP therapy, chest physiotherapy
- Dress Code: Not applicable
