Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position located at a neonatal and pediatric-only hospital. The role involves providing respiratory care to pediatric and neonatal patients within a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and a Level 1 trauma center. The position requires experience with ventilated patients on acute care and medical-surgical floors, with a focus on pediatric populations.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); valid license/credential verification.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
  • Additional Information: Must have pediatric experience, particularly with ventilated patients, and be able to work every other weekend. Holiday shifts are required as per departmental needs. Proper credentials, including professional references and skills checklist, are mandatory for submission.
