Respiratory Therapist Registered, PEDS located in the healthcare providers inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves providing treatments and diagnostic support for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients, including tasks such as drawing ABGs and performing EKGs. The position requires flexibility to work day shifts and involves rotations that include holidays.

- Position Description:
Providing respiratory therapy treatments for various patient populations, including Adults, Peds, and Newborns, with responsibilities covering areas such as the ER, floors, nursery, ICU, Sleep Lab, OR, and PACU. Tasks include drawing ABGs and occasional EKGs. The role supports the supervisor, with no requirement for independent intubation. - Required Qualifications:
Valid certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA), Basic Life Support (AHA), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA), and Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC); current license to submit; minimum of 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy; located within the geographic area of the facility; and capable of working 12-hour shifts, at least 36 hours per week. - Schedule:
Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. The schedule may require flexibility to fill gaps, with rotations including every other weekend and holiday shifts based on staffing needs. - Additional Information:
Shift includes performing clinical duties such as drawing arterial blood gases and assisting with airway management. The equipment used includes Drager ventilators (A40, LTV, Avea, V-60, Vapotherms), with a hospitalist or intensivist on-site 24/7. New graduates are welcome to apply, and no floating to sister campuses is required.
