Job Details
- Position Description: Respiratory Therapist (RT PEDS) needed for pediatric respiratory care in the neonatal intensive care unit.
- Certifications and Education: Georgia Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license, NBRC - Respiratory Care Therapist certification, and required American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certificates.
- Schedule: Night shifts from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy within the specialty, Georgia RRT license, NBRC - RRT credential, and current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications.
- Additional Information: Must work 2 major holidays of the 3 (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Years Eve). No local candidates within 50 miles.
