  • Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. Certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), or equivalent. Minimum of 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care, required.
  • Additional Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively, critical thinking skills, establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, computer proficiency including database familiarity, good customer relation, assessment, and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: ACLS/BLS, PALS, NRP, critical care, emergency department, and pediatric experience preferred.
  • Additional Information: Uniform requirement includes dark grey pewter attire. The shift entails working overnight hours with availability on one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per schedule. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
