Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position in Nashville, TN. Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist), BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support - preferred), one year ICU experience preferred, TN state license or eligibility, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional pediatric or neonatal experience, familiarity with Drager ventilators, Phillips V60, Vapotherm, Metaneb, and Meditech documentation system.
- Responsibilities: Performing bronchodilator therapy, arterial blood gas collection and analysis, airway clearance, trach care, ventilator management, intubation assistance, patient assessment, high flow oxygen therapy, patient transport, and responding to code blue situations.
- Dress Code: Black, gray, or raspberry scrubs.
- Additional Information:
- Clock-in times are either 6:38 AM or 6:38 PM; clock-out times are either 7:15 AM or 7:15 PM.
- The position is with a hospital that offers high acuity services and a supportive team environment, promoting a positive work culture.
- No float rotation required.
- Must have current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and STABLE certifications.
