Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry for an exciting assignment in Wichita Falls, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while utilizing telemetry monitoring equipment to assess and respond to patients' cardiac and clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
- Strong cardiac monitoring and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to travel assignments and new clinical environments.
