Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient group in telemetering, following established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, implement care plans, and continuously evaluate outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across different levels, delegating tasks appropriately.
- Coordinate care with disciplines across the care team; communicate changes in patient status promptly.
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure patient safety and care quality.
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and support quality improvement efforts.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license valid in Oregon (or eligible)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Telemetry nursing experience or demonstrated ability to work in a telemetry setting
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, totaling 36 hours per week
- Eligible for travel assignments and able to commit to a 13-week assignment
